Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unused and unopened products only.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
