Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Salty Grove Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, parcel lockers, or contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
