Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with Salty Grove Skin begin processing quickly, and most orders ship within 1 business day. Because of this, order cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a cancellation or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at salygroveskin@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships.

If an order has already shipped, it will fall under our standard Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unused and unopened products only.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
